Colorado at Lake is Invest LA Regional Center’s first and prime project, and received full entitlement by the City of Pasadena on Dec 13th, 2010. Design review, plan check, and construction permits will be going through in January 2011. Now, we are ready to fully launch the project and are taking applications for the EB-5 investments.
